Mrs Tickly Toes School Programme
Mrs Tickly Toes School Programme is aimed at children of primary and secondary age where I teach basic reflexology techniques to help with stress, anxiety and general wellbeing. The fun and friendly workshops, small groups and 121 sessions are tailored to the needs of children from 5-18 years and are very popular to help support the principles of basic care, managing stress and anxiety and support for children, especially those sitting exams or struggling with mainstream education.
Children will be taught techniques to self treat and will experience a session of games and activities incorporating basic reflexology techniques that they can use at home or in the classroom. For secondary provision the session will teach hand manipulations that can be used discreetly during exam periods to support well-being and reduce stress and anxiety.
Sessions are designed around the schools needs and can be tailored to provide sessions for smaller more vulnerable groups to help with behaviour and emotional difficulties. I also offer CPD for staff training that can be delivered on inset days to help teachers guide their students in the power of positive touch and help children to self regulate.

I am fully qualified, insured and am a member of the Association of reflexologists and am trained to treat babies from 6 weeks old through to adults. I also have a transferrable DBS, am fully first aid trained and am happy to follow any School Covid-19 policies whilst on site.
I am a fully trained gentle touch reflexologist for babies and children GTR4BC, certified baby and child reflexology instructor- CBCRI and certified baby and children’s reflexology practitioner- CBCRP. I am also qualified to treat adults (MAR). My qualifications, DBS, insurance and consent forms will all be available before booking.
